I have over a thousand CDs. MP3s always sounded crappy to me, so recently I undertook the process of converting to raw lossless audio for archival purposes and easier listening. It takes up ridiculous amounts of file space (and time), but I'm really glad I did it. Now if I could only bring myself to get rid of the CDs.
